How can I return my item?
Please fill in the Return form bellow. You will receive a reaction on your Return request within 24 hours (except for weekends) with further instructions.
When will I get my refund?
We will refund your purchase costs, within 14 days after receiving your order/ item.
Conditions of refund
In the following cases we can’t accept a return or refund the total purchase costs.
- Item must be unworn & unwashed (no distinct odours, blemishes, signs of wear etc.) – if the returns item fails this test, they will be returned back to you
- If the product is not packaged in the original packaging.
- Items covered in animal/human hair will not be accepted
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
- Original tags are still on each product
- If the package has already been shipped, shipping charges are not refundable.
The customer is responsible for correct shipping. If the returned product is damaged, the costs will be recoverd from the customer.
Please put in the package the invoice you received with your order.
If any item returned breaches any of the terms outlined in this policy, we reserve the right to return the item back to you in the same condition it was received in.
We will refund the return shippingcosts only if the return is a result off a mistake we made. If we delivered the wrong product or if we delivered a damaged product. Otherwise the return shippingcosts must be paid by the customer.
